The Vulcan Air Aircraft P68C is a twin engine, high wing, fixed landing gear aircraft.

Day flight to inner and outer islands 4 passengers and up to 2 infants with the possibility of taking a 5th passenger, depending on the destination and total payload. Infants aged 1 day to not exceeding 23 months can be seated on parent’s laps. Children over the age of 2 must occupy their own seat under adult supervision.
